mixed experience, some misses for the price

unfulfilled request poor service

the service was not what i expected from a hotel at this price point. i contacted the front office manager with a specific request before arrival. it was about removing mugs and uht milk from the room and replacing them with tea cups and fresh milk.. this request was confirmed via email, but it was not fulfilled upon arrival. it took multiple complaints to rectify the situation, frustrating.

I stayed at this hotel, and the location proved very convenient. The executive lounge access was a nice perk. The hotel had a luxurious look that I definitely enjoyed.

Our room overlooked a demolition site. Loud jackhammers went from 7 AM to 5 PM. This was awful and unacceptable. The floor common area had a rather stale smell.

beautiful rooms comfortable beds

the rooms were beautiful even the basic rooms. the beds were comfortable and i slept very well. the staff were lovely and were very good too assist me.

i found limited concierge service as the desk was unmanned when i wanted to hire a car. i expect a hotel of this quality to have a 24/7 concierge. the breakfast pricing also didn't match the listed price in the room.
